Yup!!! If they don't like it they will destroy it if they can. If they can't they sure will move it around. I have a 4" pvc y in the tank with Cornelius.(my jd hides in there). He doesn't like the Y so he's constantly moving it from one side to the other.

Well, he finally decided to stop trying to eat and move my fake plants. He decided that lettuce, grapes, and strawberrys make a much better breakfast. LOL

Oh yes, they will eat and move what they want. Try feeding cheese, never found on that won't eat it.
