Well here are some more "No-red in tail" shots...
Moment of silence for the contents of Pork Chop's stomach...
I was able to get the quickest of the 3 into another tank, but the bully Pork Chop got through the divider and got the slower/dumber of the 3...Look at the tummy buldge...All was fine at lights out, fed them and everything.
Woke up and turned on the lights only to find a pretty picked off carcus.
Was wondering if it was teritorial or hunger...maybe a bit of both?
When questioned, he just acted like nothing happened, and goes whistling off
He is in solitary now, nicknamed Hanibal

the pet shop i use has a proper monster gurami they call it a vampire gurami and its roughly1ft long and 4" thick, i will take pics tomorow and post them here for all to drule over lol i wanted to buy him but sadly he no longer for sale

Is a Vampire Gourami a diffrent name for some other Gourami as my LFS as one too but is only about 4inch head - tail ?
I have Google'd it but cannt find anything on them .
How big do they get too ? Anyone know .
i dont really know thats just what they called him i will look tomorow though and get pics and try get proper name, he does look awsome and chases your face when you go close to the glass lol
