Green Texas cichlid from JoeFish Aquatics at Fish Story

These are the cichlids that I suspect died from overfeeding in our hands. Age and size at death:

Vieja melanura synspillum 7 years old 13”
Vieja melanura synspillum 3 years old 13”
Carpintis cichlid 4.5 years old 11”
Cyanoguttatus / Texas 3 years old 11”
Jack Dempsey cichlid 7 years old 8”
Jaguar cichlid 4.5 years old 12”
Flowerhorn 10 years old 14”

Agree about the individual in post 37, and 38 being cyanogutatus. The myriad of tiny spots on the face are very different than the larger ones found on H. carpintus below. At leas this is one of the ways I differentiate the 2 species
