Well it's got to be one of these, minus the one already guessed, c'mon people. When it was described in Science, it was the only one that year. Another clue- I hope to see them in a few weeks when I go on a trip to an island.

Yes I"ve been pretty busy and in my spare, spare time, I'm constructing a new box turtle enclosure. Actually, it's almost done, just a few things to touch of here and there and then I will post some pics of it.

Anyways.....here's the new reptile in question

I knew it was some type of map turtle...just not sure which species.

How about Graptemys nigrinoda nigrinoda.

You got it. It's the Black-Knobbed Sawback, a type of map turtle.

I must admit a guilty pleasure with this thread. I love to see what people put for titles for their pictures. I know I have used "No Cheating" and "Nice Try".
