That website has it misidentified, look at the marks on the head. I am 100% sure it is a banded coral. here is a pic of of the kukri snake:

dude, you're supposed to guess what it is. you obviously know, so guess it and post another! one that i know! the way the eyes are positioned on the head remind me of a chinese water dragon, but this is definitely something else. i would guess that it lives in asia?
