It is Rhadinaea decorata. The common name I believe is the elegant littersnake. My guide book and the internet is telling me different stuff lol.

It is the closest relative of two NA native snakes including this one:

*this is not a normal color/ pattern but is still a wild caught specimen. It would be too easy to google if I told you what this species was so you will have to figure this one out. Then an easy web search should reveal the other snake species.
