....sounds like he is pretty busyThere is another foreigner on my floor. Younger guy, late 20's early 30's. Don't think he is here to stay. Seems like a real tourist/backpacker and not an expat. He hasn't bother to stop and say hi. Always has earbuds in and rushes into his apt.
He has waved hi twice, just as I am about to say something, gone into his apartment. Must have just got here and still not adjusted to the heat. Cristine has been turning off the a/c to save money during the day... I hate it but it's getting me more used to the heat.....sounds like he is pretty busy

The water bill for my apartment is a flat 400 peso, so 7 dollars and some change. First month in an apartment so we will see how the power bill is. But this all depends on you. If you crank the A/C all day every day...How are the utility bills compared to those in the States?
