Super monsters!
I love those huge tems!
Those fish make that 750 look small.
I love the rtgg in there as well. Cant wait til mine gets that big ;)
Did you raise the gourami w/ bass or is he a new addition?

Agreed.

Thanks for the comments guys.

The main issue I have with these fish is getting food down to the rays, the rays are only their temporarily until I can make space in another tank with other rays.

I used to feed the tems smelt as it's larger than white bait but the oil film on the water surface seems to linger for too long.

They got excited as I walked in the other day and the biggest Tem tail whipped the Asian aro and sent him about three feet across the tank.

The giant gourami was a rescue, a friends tank broke and literally poured out, he had to run a bath and throw them all in.

I inherited the smaller Niger, the gourami, an azul, a silver arowana and two of my own monos that he was looking after.

I had to sell the azul because of the Temensis, the arowana stayed for a long time until the Asian turned so I rehomed him and the other still live there now.

It's hard to find tank mates that are compatible, they destroyed two large tigrinus catfish and swallowed a 20" Aimara head first because he was getting nasty - the Aimara still lives there, they also grabbed the silver arowana at one point but released him, he was about 18"
