I shared the photos with Rusty Wessel. He said that the fish looks like a cross between the two fish that were mentioned here...P. Splendida and Managuense. He said that Fredrichsthali do cross with Petina...so the possiblity of Managuense crossing with Petina exists.

interesting.... if it is a cross do you think it would have to be with a gold morph Jag to get that coloration? Or is it possible for one fish to control pigmentation while the other controls the more physical features? Not really that good on genetics
