Identify your North American Native Fish

I'm fairly certain that I am right on this one since, as it turns out, those are my hands under the fish. The photo was taken from a trip we made to the mountains of GA a few years ago.

The only other thing it could be is symmetricus. It looks a bit off for that, but I have never seen one in person so I can't be positive.

The copperbelly variant isn't necessarily a bred-in trait either. I believe it is found in wild populations as well. Something similar to the very purple macrochirus found in GA.
