The one you have there is a bit more colorful than this one.

It appeared to be highfin carpsucker, however i cant see what shape of the sucker's mouth so I can ID the carpsucker.

River carpsucker?
Quillback?

My guess: River carpsucker.

I'm going to say hifin carpsucker based on the dorsal, but I agree, it's an easier ID if you can see the mouth...might also be a quillback...
