Thanks everyone, i got a question about paint, can anyone help me out here?
http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=95743

i do have some resin left, i have about a gallon i am going to use it on the over flows, i havnt made them yet because i am not sure how big they will need to be so i am waiting on the bulkheads to come in and get that set up, i probly will put some on the inside i dont know, if water makes it to there then somthing is wrong anyways.. but i guess it would keep the wood from soaking it up like you said, so maybe i could spot it sooner.

Awesome tank! Any new progress?
I would just get that last 1 gallon of resin you have left, take it to where you bought it and have them add a marine safe pigment to it. Isn't that Sweetwater epoxy paint the same thing as resin with pigment added to it? It would of been easier if you just used that in the beginning. I don't think it's worth the $117.00. Maybe you could just add a coat of regular marine safe paint and then use the last gallon of resin to top coat that, and just make the overflow out of a piece of plexi?
