Just to give you a better idea on how AqAdvisor.com works. Initially, a species (requested from a user) gets added to DB but based on my own research on the profile sites and forums. Often, this is not 100% accurate. Even profile sites are not consistent. Once added, users can try out their own species and they will let me know if it is in line with their expectations or not. If not, I fine tune attributes for the particular species until the result looks right. Once tuned, next user who selects the same species will benefit from this result.
The key thing here is the feedback from experienced users. I am NOT familiar with large new world cichlids and never kept them during the 7 years of my hobby. Once the problem is identified, DB is designed flexible enough that I can fix individual species bioloads and compatibility issues.
I'd appreciate to those who can provide some feedback, both +ve and -ve ones.
Thanks!
