Jexnell Jexnell , Officially done, Oscars paid for today with order going out on Thursday. So I will get the little guys on Friday!

I need to finish getting the QT tank filled up....
Cheers! It took me forever to finally pick out Juan, they were all so cute! When really small he looked like them "Meep" guys from Seasame Steet, when begging for food.

Baby Oscars are pretty cute! Im hoping with three to grow out that I will like how at least one develops and that way he gets to go into the 300g.

Best of luck to you and the triplets. Be fore warned, thier hunting instinct are way stronger than tank breed Toni was. They also spook a bit easier as well, not so used to tank life.

Thanks for the heads up. No real issue with hunting since they will go in a tank with other large fish. Only concern is aggression level compared to cb fish. Hopefully it will work with my current cichlid stock since they are milder fish but we will see when the time comes...

For now... once the red terror gets a little size I think there will be a show down and the Oscar will get a little beat down. But hard to say, most cb oscars do seem to be all bark and no bite but with a wc, who knows?

I had an orbicularis from rapps and it was a terror. Couldn't keep it with anything in a 150.

Most Tiger Oscar's have white seems right, I have seen a few with orange, well guess what, it looks like Juan's are going to be orange. Was looking up close at him today, with all the excitement of DMD123's triplets flying in today and what not to see how Juan's colors are coming along.20180330_193140.jpg 20180330_192811.jpg

Sorry for the blurryness of the pic he was moving around a lot. But you can see how thge ends of his dorsal and tail thst are commonly white are going orange.
