L25, scarlet pleco. How much did you guys pay for yours?

That's more than unungy is asking for LDA 105 which is a much rarer fish. For size, its expensive. That being said, if it were a show quality specimen with scarlet and 7 points it would be another story.
 
i recently got an offer of $430 for a 4" sao felix L025.. still thinking if i would get it or not..

Im not sure if its 7pointers or not, he's asking for deposit before I order it.. I also agree if it was for sure a 7pointer, i probably could justify spending that kind of money.
 
I would argue that quality in these animals is also determined by color and in my opinion, this is more important than 7 pointers. Many scarlets color is not all that striking although all are impressive animals. A 7 pointer without the color would still be over priced in my opinion at your list.
 
Alll depends on how bad you want one, they will live for a long time, they are very rare, they get large up to 18 inches, they are a nice conversation piece. If I didn't have an adult L-114 I would buy one.
 
ive seen a few that are extremely cheap compared to the prices you guys are talking...
