L-27a=L-330 not a Brazilian panaque

All the Brazilians are described as panaque armbrusteri + river like "xingu" "araguaia" "tocantins" "tabsjos"

Thunders are from tapajos the common names like thunder or thunder goldline confuse the heck out of me.


Goldlines are from araguaia and look nothing alike IMO

Tocantins is also a look all on it's own

Not sure what snookn21 has up it's not settled and out if the water but platinum is a common name for Xingus I'd ask what the collection point is first.

Here's my goldline from araguaia nit all of them get this pattern though. This gives an idea as too what the body shape and colour is like. Really wide and tall fish

At smaller sizes the Tapajos usually have the wider black lines, the araguaia has more gold color.

Maybe that why I'm so confuse, its labeled as a goldline "Thunder"

Its a common mistake by vendors and I've seen this happen a lot around the time this came in and no it wasn't just him with them labeled wrong.
