In this paper on L95 there is a picture of 10cm SL specimen who has orange across the edges of its fins. http://www.auburn.edu/academic/science_math/res_area/loricariid/fish_key/Pseudorinelepis.pdf
I would go with L152 now. Traditionally L95 are always imported at larger sizes its very rare to see small specimens.
