Large clown loach prices?

This is just opinion and from what I have seen and purchase:
10 inch - Never seen a clown at this size, so $1,000,000.00 asking price
9 inch - $75-$100 private seller or $100-$150 for a LFS
8 inch - $60-$80 Private / Not sure for LFS
7 inch - $40-$60 Private / $60-80 LFS
6 inch - $30-$50 Private / $40-$60LFS

Haha 1,000,000 for a 10" clown. Reasonably I think a 10"er would go for $250-300 or even more than that.
I agree with these prices. I recently bought a 6.5-incher at my LFS for $40. My understanding, though, is that it is currently loach season, so prices are lower at this time of the year than others.
Ok good to know thanks. I'm going to see the guy's fish tonight. I may even post a couple pictures for you guys if I'm allowed to take some. I believe the largest loach is even 10.5". I do believe I'm going to get a good deal then according to these consensus prices 
I'm tempted to start a 1000g tank with XX loaches grow them to 8" then make bank..
I dont see why you would pay 150$ when there 8.99 at my PETCO yeah there like 2 inches but they grow the same lol

I've considered doing this too Adamrhh. It takes a really long time to get them from 2" to 8" though. Honestly I bet after you factor in food, electricity, and water you would probably lose money. So unless you're using solar power and rainwater then it probably won't be worth it
Yea, 2" to 8" is probably a five-year investment, on average and if not longer. Good luck with the clowns tonight--I'll keep my toes crossed for pictures!!!
Never bought fish from petsmart but they have CLs on sale for $5.49 at the 11/2"-2" mark

Thanks. I'm leaving to see them in 45 minutes. I won't be getting them tonight though. Maybe a payment to hold them for me though -- the guy seems nice... I hope.
