Dels are even more awesome looking when they reach 10" plus. I get compliments on my 12" dels everytime I have guests over. I guess most people never seen a 12" del. Here is my current bichir count.

Thanks man. I go through 2 1/2 lbs of shrimps a month feeding these polys. I think the chinese market put steroid in the shrimps because my fish are grow big pretty fast. I'm sure I'll be feeding more shrimps when all the poly grow 10"+. I hardly feed pellets anymore. I use pellets when I'm too lazy to chop up the shrimps.

The green is due to the greyish green looking gravel and the plant. Bichirs can achieve great camoflouge to match their surroundings. A post of the platinum will be up by the weekend. In the meantime enjoy these shots of the tank.
