& the big thing is the tank,the tank needs alot of work.

Well not exactly,the holes where there when I got the tank,but thanks for pointing that out:cry:
There is something I did wrong building the w/d.

Well I'm hoping for an explanation, I should be starting mine in a few days.

I like the heaters in the sump, how well does this work? Does the tank temp stay constant?

Sorry no updates yet,I will be fixing may mistake tonight or tomarrow hopfully.
Will post the fix when i come up with one.

This mistake better be small. Because if it is big, I am gonna be mad. :wall: I have revisited this thread to try to figure what is wrong.

one thing- but it is not really a major design flaw:
the filter bags can not be allowed to get clogged up or it will overflow, no real safety for that.

The mistake I made was a small one that could result in water on the floor.
If you notice the filter socks are flush mounted to the top of the tank,if they get clogged,water,water everywhere & not a drop to drink.

Easy fix I just have to drop the sock mount a 1/2",& give it some weep holes.
