I have, what I think is supposed to be a small 1 3/4 " Johannis electric blue...about a three in Yellow lab,.... another larger and bigger than the yellow, sumthin or another... Kinda blueish purple, with an orange like top fin.. with faint, vertical running dark stripes. Looks like the fish on the cover of Aqueon cichlid sticks . The color enhancing of course.....

A snail that I though was dead, but has proven me wrong, and a pleco (sp) that is about an inch and a half, its color is brown and gold/yellow stripes /markings....

Some fake plants , a bubbler 15", piece of driftwood, coral for the base..

The tank was looking good till two of the fish started excavating again , and have now cleared a quarter of the tank...

I got the tank and a fish last May when my daughter came home from college for summer vacation.

Thank you.....

I wanted to pick up a Tewenty or thirty gallon last week but the wife didn't like the idea...

Normally I don't ask for agreement on such things , but seeing as I don't start work back up for another month, I decided it was best to not push it.. I can wait another month or so....:headbang2

The fish seem happy and healthy though . Would be cool to put them in a bigger tank , I think they would really enjoy it. But they are content for now... They are all lined up watching me type this out.... They are :chillpill: in......

I just get fish and supplies here on the Cape... When I do get a larger tank , I am going to see if I can order through the locals.... vs just what they happen to have in stock , which really isn't a lot..chichlids anyway... There are some cool ones that I would lke to add when the time comes..

Also will need to see if I want to go marine ..... or not....:nilly:

I think you're thinking of Skipton's...that's in Southie. When I lived on the South Shore I was in Lovely all the time...he's good guy. The shop in Framingham is called Tropic Isle. They can get some pretty good stuff, but you will pay pretty close to top dollar for it.

Just a side note for anyone going to Tropic Isle; don't go there with out printing out a coupon...just follow the link:

Hopefully someone can help me out with this one:

I heard there is a place in Leominster that has some pretty decent monsters available from time to time...does anyone know what place this is? If this is true, I'm hoping to get there ASAP. :naughty:
