Fat people love twinkies, too. That means twinkies must be a good food, right?
If you wanna stay fat why not  My fish love massivore and why complain if you keep something that is supposed to be free in a river or lake in a small tank, yeah no matter the size of your aquarium it's still small compared to the wild.

I should go on record as stating that a few of Hikari's foods are made pretty well. I do feed Massivore and Sinking Carnivore every few days. You've just got to read the ingredients yourself for each product and decide if it is right for your fish, and how often.

I feed nothing but Hikari and I am stronger supporter of Hikari brand.:headbang2 Go try the chinese brands and american brands and see for yourself. You'll find that fish on Hikari lives longer and has better colors.

According the ingredients listed on the Massivore Delite label, starch is the 3rd ingredient listed by dry weight. Could you tell me what that starch consists of, and what purpose such a large inclusion rate of starch plays in a diet that according to Hikari was developed for BIG carnivorous fish?

Thanks!

I don't expect Hikari to address their marketing strategies on a public forum, and hopefully this topic can stay on point.

That being what the "starch" in this formula consists of, and why there is such a large inclusion rate used in a diet that is supposedly designed for large carnivorous species. I think that's a fair question for any consumer to ask.

Thanks

A fair question from any consumer maybe but you are not a consumer at all. What you are, is wholesaler for NLS that constantly preaches his word on several forums that all other brands are inferior to NLS. You honestly expect them to reply to a question from you?
I wouldn't expect any organisation to reply or converse with its competitors in a hurry.

Actually I am a consumer, unless everything I bought over this past year that's aquatic related was gifted to me? I'm also friends with a number of hobbyists that use Hikari products, so it was a fair question in my mind.

It was actually a rather simple question, and one that any manufacturer worth a bucket of warm spit should be able to answer with no hesitation.

I know that I could have, and more importantly, would have .....

Either way it's not like any of this matters at this point, it appears that no one from Hikari can be bothered answering anyones questions in this sub-forum.

Pity
