I would love to hear an update on your scrubber. I know that you have had success growing the algae but has it gotten rid of the algae in the tank? How are your Nitrates and Phosphate readings?

Keith

The black algae that was growing on the sand is completely gone and the really tough green algae on the front acrylic has decreased by maybe 20%. Most importantly, it hasn't increased.

Nitrates are ZERO. (Fresh water tank)
I don't test for Phosphates, sorry.

You truly inspired me and now I run a DIY scrubber on my 60 gallon reef. I am glad I built a test one first. I plan on using a scrubber on my225 when it is set up in 6 months and already have a ton of new ideas to make the one I have more usable.

Thank you for the cool idea.

I was wondering what happened to your what to dose when not doing water change, and your article on continuous feeding. I can't seem to find them.
