Acrylic will be drilled every 2" or so as well as the steel window frames on the front wall to accept some stainless steel bolts. This will hold the glass in place to my frame even tho the glass also rests on the ground inside the frame. It will also hold in the liner and form a seal.

I have some 25mil plastic on the cement floor right now under the 1700 pool that this build will replace for starters. Then i plan on just using some foam insulation to level the floor out a bit and prevent the liner from tearing on a sharp edge. So really no bottom of the tank, no need for a stand since its 4ft. Tall and no extra cost for a wood flooring of the tank. There will be some 8' legnths of steel bolting the front and back walls together on bottom aswell. I saved 10 8' box tube legnths for top and bottom braces...i have alot of old stands and metal scrap to cut up for my shorter pieces. So far i have $$$zero$$$ invested in the steel frame other than some welding gas and wire that i write off in my taxes. I only spent $400 for my 3 acrylic windows from a local guy 2 yrs ago. So this build is very cheap so far :) trying to use anything i can find. I have a 10'x20' mini ramp (halfpipe) in my garage i may tear down for the plywood...my gf is very understanding lol she moved into my home with 4,000 gal. Of water running and parks next to a damn wheelie board ramp in the garage haha....
