There's the link. The tank was never finished, but pretty close. Was at the final stages before water proofing it. As far as I know my ex sawed it up and threw it away. I couldn't find anyone to come and get it for free!
I was just at the lfs and saw a Tiger Shovelnose. I thought it looked pretty cool but I seemed to remember seeing some pics of these fish getting very large. I thought "Maybe I better see what the people at MFK have to say about this first". Page 1 of this thread=bullet dodged.
for the red tailed catfish u said it needa tank 4ft. x 10 ft. is that 4 wide by ten food long or 4 tall by ten foot long and either way what should the third demension be thank you.
We have raised several of these guys and are down to our last albino pangasis. He is in a 240 gal and still needs more room. This is truly not a fish for the under educated amatur. We love our baby but know he needs something bigger then we can give him. We are in the process of trying to find him a better home. So I would agree that don't buy a fish you haven't research and know what you are getting into. Just remember that is only the begainig.
any suggestions for a catfish to go in an outdoor pond 15ftx20ftx 8ft deep. I want something big and unique, its pretty temperate up here so they must handle the cold a bit
