More tank pics, updated

The acaras have gone from 1 1/2" inches to 3 1/2". The severum has gained about a half inch in body height and girth.
More pics, to give everyone equal time:
Kong relaxes in her house. She absolutely loves purple plants, so when I did her tank refresh I made sure she had new ones. This spiky one is her favorite of all. She places it at the front like a 'door' and moves it around alot.

You can really see the detailing in Brick's scales here. He has a new favorite food, blackworm cubes with spinach. Only with spinach though, not spirulina. Brick takes 'gourmet tastes' to extremes. So primarily he chows on nightcrawlers, mealworms, and blackworms with spinach.
Every I see Boss I am floored by the depth of his color. My girl colored up nicely after I switched the sand to black sand.
He's the one parrot with the true 'blood' color. He never fades, goes patchy or frosty. When the finnex lights are in early evening mode (magenta) he's so bright there's almost a haze around him. He's the closest thing to day-glo.
Environment definitely has influence too. I like it when his expression changes...sometimes he looks 'mad' or 'serious' (like in the picture). Pepper does the same thing with his eyes.
And I saw last night Patch is at it again...she's already torn two leaves on one of the new plants.
