My 1000 Gallon Glass Aquarium (1000+ Gallons for Dummies)

No issues at all on the test fill I hope, this whole build is epic I cant wait to see fish in this thing :D

Tossed the lights from my old 90s/120s on just for giggles. Looks pretty good, although I think I will go in a different direction with the permanent lighting. This is ~300W with T5 lighting.

I doubt it is going anywhere given that the tank probably weighs over half a ton! Also being able to get around a tank like that is very handy, I only just have enough room to squeeze down the side of mine to access the overflow and return, it's a right PITA and I have to watch my home-brew consumption or I'll lose access completely...

Are you going to back that tank into the corner or leave it out for easy maintenance?

I'm leaving it out three feet from the wall on both the back and the side. My glass bead filter needs that much room, so I figured I'd keep it even all the way around. I've had tanks up against the wall previously and hated it.
