Nicely built but it's not leak proof at the lid, is it? When I was transporting my biggest arowana in a 50g bin, I spilled so much water.

first ones to test it out are the 3 p bass i have now.
about 10"ers,going about 20 min away.
we will see how that goes.
also,i read somewhere about putting styrofoam on top of the water to slow/stop splashing/waves,is that true?
was thinking of getting that white 2" styro and cut it just a bit smaller then the tupperware.

no,i want air to get out somewhere.Nicely built but it's not leak proof at the lid, is it?

Yes, but the styro needs to be heavy (or thick) enough so as not to just move with the water or let water get on top of it. Consider baffles to stop sloshing (they only have to be half as high or deep as the water).

i plan to line the whole back and sides of the suv with visqueen or a tarp for the spillage.
and i also have a pickup i will use for local transports so no worries in it.

vent line?like just plain tubing? If you make the lid air tight, you can drill the lid and put a vent line in it.
i figured just open the back hatch and out it comesUse some old beach towels to soak up any spills otherwise it will be hard to get the plastic out without spilling it then.
ya im always up to something.you must be a good craftsman!
