My LFS + Hatchery pics .....

ha sorry no sale on the trout, one of my customers that bought him 3 years ago just traded all the big africans in for small ones. I said when this beast dies, I'm getting him mounted. he's about 14 inches w/fins.

On the junk yard tank, I pulled those fish out because they wanted piranha that only lasted for a few months because they were borring. There is a severum, salvini, syno & pim cats, plecos, bocorti & ?
Actually pulling that tank out next week or so to put a smaller one so i will have the 110 for sale soon.

when it cmes to custom I come up with some crazy ideas or unique all the time. you can check my blog & go back & see somoe of the stuff I have done.

Haha piranha are so overrated! Thought the oscar would of done just fine.

Maybe try and find a big male managuense. If they are cheap, that might make them happy, but if they didn't like the oscar, who knows, might not like him and then your stuck with it. I think any big CA cichlid would be more active and make them more happy than the red bellies, but everyone loves red bellies because of the rep. lol
Been there done that with the CA I'm not into fish that want their tankmates, my plants,and my hand dead. lol They might like a festae. I have no idea, it can be a challenge finding something that will make people really happy. I like oddball fish like polypterus, but alot of people find them lame because they are inactive, but I like my little dinosaurs.lol
 
I originally put the dovi figuring they would fit the junk yard surrondings. like junk yard dogs.
I think I will leave the current stock when I down size it next week. the bocorti will get big enough as a tank buster.
Polys are cool but not for show tanks. Most want colorful active fish.
