Yeah, another upgrade, koi grow fast =)
Why is it every time I have a hole in the yard it has to rain like crazy?
Had to cover the walls to prevent a cave in!

23 x 15 x 4
Behind the shed is where the filters will go, 2 bottom drains modified with air diffusers, 2 wally world skimmers modified with 2" flanges. I'll be doing a lot of experimenting with airlift, I'm hoping with air I can flow 6k gph on 86watts I'll also be running an ES4500 pump for the waterfall. (4500 gph @5' of head)

looking good. will this pond have a natural curve to it or will you be going with straight edges? also, why only 4 feet?

The wall by the shed will be somewhat straight, the other long wall has 2 curves to it, at both ends will be curved. The walls will be tapered at tad at the top but towards the bottom vertical. As for 4ft depth, mostly cost. I wanted something on the long side. I was able to get a 25x30 liner for $360. Read somewhere when you get in the 5 feet range, you need to deal with more oxygen, and a lot more water. Maybe fall of 2012 I'll go 7 feet :)
