for rapps AND I wanna know the rate of growth for those species as it'll be interesting to see them grow vs the wild as the gigas as I really do want people to have the huge tanks and see them max to their growth in safety versus being hunted down
yep Rapps gets a huge thumbs up! I want to get a few more as mine is lonely and it looks funny to have this guy all by himself when he is bigger in a 18+ foot pool.
I've asked around and noone else can get them which sucks but I'm still on the lookout. The growth rate we willl see........mine eats DAILY since its summer time and the water is warm so its hungry a lot.
If anyone see Wels for sale at their local LFS or knows of any vendors, pls give me the tip off!

Quick update, lately it has been HOT! 104+ degrees, wels is outdoors and the water temp even in partial shade and with a covering for the pond is 80+ degrees! Wels is doing well, eating cut up raw shrimp now which is good as I want it to eat a variety of food.
