Yours could me a mono x ocell with the main traits being that of ocell. But, yours could also be a pure Guiana ocell with just a over bite.

those are really nice @haynchinook334. And I can definitely see the similarities in the patterns. almost exactly the same black markings.

I also noticed the head shapes are different between yours and mine though. Mine has a much larger lower jaw/underbite. Could this be a cb/wc difference? Mine are most definitely cb. Or maybe there's some other random genes mixed in?

Nice, I just bought a tems the other day growing out in my 40b. Ive tried feeding brine shrimp and pellets and he wont take either one. Gonna try frozen blood worms tomorrow though. Hope he grows up looking this nice.

More like a funky hybrid. And the others are bahia or bahia mixes from what I can tell. Looks like you need to up your filtration and wc's. Water looks a bit cloudy.

Time for another update because they were begging for food when I came by (hence the coloration) so I snapped some shots.

Sorry again about the poor quality, I'm only using my phone and these guys were extremely active. Also water is cloudy this time because I just hooked up an fx5 and it's caused a bacteria bloom.

Have a bonus shot of the TSN in the tank too.
