The bump maybe irritation from the affected areas. It should go down with treatment. Watch and make sure it keeps eating.
I'm not sure if I've described this symptom correctly. He has so many bumps covering his body, gills, face and fins it's hard to look at him. Its very hard to tell from pics but they're basically creating a fuzzy outline all around him. Not sure if meds are helping either, seems like there's more bumps today than yesterday. Here's a different pic. At the bottom half of the first picture you can see them better, near where that dark patch is. Those little specks aren't the lighting, they're textured all over his body. Is this still symptomatic of bichir worms?

I’d suggest moving to a qt tank. Getting some triple sulfa and cont with the prazipro.

Not sure if it’s from bichir worms in regards to the bumps. Shouldn’t be getting bumps and more especially. The prazipro should take care of it. Keep the heater covered if able. Monitor the water and make sure it’s pristine.

They both have the bumps now unfortunately, luckily didn't put these guys in main tank though so its contained. Will get triple sulfa tomorrow, too late to go to the store tonight, I'll try to find a heater guard too.

A little, my guy's are more pale though. I'm more worried about this second symptom honestly :( he looks like he's dissolving.
Mine also had pale spots when treating the worms. Macrogyropterus polypteri may be to blame here. Or it's some other sort of condition

IMG_3378.PNG Just wanted to update everyone:

Both fish seem very healthy now! :D the bumps have gone away and the white patches on the worse of the two are starting to heal. I seem to have picked up a taste for fish healing though... I recently went to my LFS and saw they had a 2" baby delhezi for sale in a tank with a "white lobster"(some kind of crayfish I guess?) I saw the lobster had ripped off almost all of the del's tail so I decided to rescue him. I don't think the damage goes all the way to the base but it's pretty close. You guys think this will heal?

Glad to hear doing better.

Yes the delhezis tail will heal with clean water and making sure it eats.
