Need ideas for large peaceful fish- that stay peaceful

Of course every fish is different, but I really think Elephantnose fish would be fine, and they are super cool in schools in a big tank. I have heard most fire eels won't eat smaller fish either unless they are trained to. Geophagus altifrons, and Uarus would also be fine I think.

Thanks rmkblades for the chocolate cichlid suggestion. I'm going to pick up a few of them tonight, the first additions since I got these tw Pearsei's back in May. They sound like pretty good tank mates too.
