Thanks for all of the positive feedback!

Actually, I would looking more for changes/suggestions, as I can't stop playing with the thing! Something is just not right to me; it's missing something. New Tank Syndrome (not the cycling part, but the attention part for sure), I guess.

I'll be adding in the JDs this coming weekend after Thanksgiving (He's really starting to knock on the glass and chase her around and be just mean!) and will post new pics!

* UPDATE*

Put the female JD at around 3.5" in the tank. There's four rosy red and one fat head minnow left in the tank of the initial 12. I guess I failed to keep up with the water changes? Either taht or since they're bred as feeders they don't live long. Also have a few ghost shrimp, maybe five, or the initial 15 or so. I think the female JD ate a few, which is good because she wasn't eating them before since the male was too aggressive towards her in the smaller tank. Moving the male (4.5" about) in this weekend. Should give her some time to acclimate herself. Also adding in a 405 for bio and keeping the 305 for mech, or my my 30 gal. Also got some guppy fry feeders from my breeding pairs! :)

* UPDATE *

Somehow two of the ghost shrimp have managed to survive by hiding up top behind the powerhead and throwing themselves onto the glass canopy. I'm thinking of moving them to my barb tank and letting them live out the rest of their lives more peacefully. All of the rosies were gone by day two.

Both male and female seems to be much more comfortable in their new home, but the male chases the female around quite a bit still and I don't think they're ready to mate. She'll nab a few bits of food when she can, but he chases her away and eats everything else. They do swim side-by-side later in the evening after feedings, and cower in the corver together when I clean the tank, so I think there's hope. Is this normal behavior?

I am seriously considering adding a 3" GT to the tank, either that or a 4" firemouth. Suggestions? The tank is a bit bare, and I don't think I want to add dither fish.

PICS TO COME SOON!
