How can that be good for the fish??? Surely a pure silver barra as close to a native would be more appealing i'm from northern Aust just dont like to see native fish breeds messed with.. I guess if thats what appeals to you though.

its not like he painted the fish, its a rare genetic mutation, not like some in a lab messed with a barra's dna, it was naturally occurring, just a very rare chance of it happening.

they werent purposely bred that way.
and i dont see why it would be bad for the fish if theyre in captivity.

Um, I hate to break it to ya, but all fish are native to somewhere. Or are you just saying you don't like seeing different colour forms of aussie natives, and couldn't care less about other fish?
