The best native tank I have ever seen. The only thing I would add to make it perfect is a grass pickerel (Esox americanus vermiculatus). I'm not sure if it would work out, but it would sure look cool.

Nice native tank that one punkinseed is a beast you should put a couple crappies in there l had a couple in my 180.

I agree, but what other sunfish have you got in Cleveland. We have the most beautiful longears here in Texas, and a few of those could add some nice color to the tank.

Oh, and I'm pretty sure those are greens, definitely not bluegill.

Its really refreshing to see a native/temperate set-up, especially one done so fine as yours. Really like the Perch-we don't have Yellowfins here in UK but am very familiar with our native species (P. fluviatilis).

Can I ask what your filter set-up is? For such a big tank its crystal clear
