that is a STUNNING POND! i love how u incorporated natural rock into it. plus i love how the water is really clean! but u seriously need to add a few MONSTERS in there! seems like a shame to waste all that space! trust me...u wont regret getting a RED-TAIL CATFISH! they are by farrrr my favourite fish! so interactive and ure kids will be able to handfeed/play with it!

also wat are the dimensions of ur pond? Length, height and width! thanks :)

Wow. What an incredible pond. Thanks for documenting your project.

And I really enjoyed seeing the plants mature - they really change the character of the yard. Damn nice job!

It's a 1.45 mts deep, 8 x 7 mts wide and then the lazy river being about 1.5 mts by 3 mts long. I figure it holds about 26,000 gal. I bought the red tailed catfish. These things are pretty cool. I need some kind of predator in the pool to cull out the fish population.

haha great job in buying the red tail! u wont have any regrets there! will turn into ure fave fish in no time! u can also get gars in a pond ure size...alligator gars are pretty good hunters...they will help control the fish population! plus they are really gardy fish..pls take pics of the red tail :)

i love the cichlids in there...awesome idea just huge pond with colourful inviting fish.

Add a few more cichla to the pond. They will control the fish pop. and you will still be able to swim w/ the fish.
