and, last for tonight...I was able to coax the 2ft albino Protopterus aethiopicus from his cave with some fresh raw shrimp:

Just a short time ago, I was worried about this cichla being at risk of getting eaten by the snooks. No worries now.

Shot a few more pics of some seldom seen fish from my tanks (OK... make that never seen). Let's start off with a couple of pics of a 2ft african arowana. One of the pics also includes some of the 18" endlis and Koliba polys.

Next up is the blue wolf. Todays measurement has him breaking the 19" mark. Only a head shot this time. He didn't want to come out for better pics.

Can't get a full-tank shot of the 400. But, here are some of the fish in it. Along with the gar are 3 hampala barbs and 3 asian tarpon in this shot. Plus, a couple more pics from that tank.
