If you knew how much money they rob from us due to regulations. Global warming is a shame for big gov payday. They allow some 3rd world crap hole to back charge us for things we already do while they enjoy the kick backs...meanwhile we all float the bill.
3rd world countries have the worst pollution. I've been to Countries where there is trash everywhere, my eyes burn and it stinks.

Amen !
The whole solar power thing they are pushing is one of the biggest shames in recent times. Im not saying it diesnt work or we shouldnt be exploring it but the priced are so high that without the fed picking up most of the cost hardly anyone will do it. Plus heres the kicker the most cost efficient panels all come from china lmaooo yeah sure no ones getting a kick back.

Global warming isn't real because I was cold today! Also great news: World hunger is over because I just ate. - Stephen Colbert
Global Warming doesn't effect every place on Earth equally. I read somewhere that global warming results in more extreme temperature swings.

Who's us? Big power companies using "clean coal" and fracked oil that results in more emissions due to the way it's extracted? Why would there be a elaborate scam to convince you the world is warming? Besides, what will we rely on for power when all the fossil fuels are gone?

Im not saying global warming isnt a real thing im only repeating what ive read and seen on tv from other scientists. Im not smart enough to pretend to understand all of the cycles earth has gone through.

We've gone through multiple freezes/thawes. There was a time when most of the deserts were under water and depending on whos talking it could have been multiple times. Egypt was a forest at one time. All of this happening well before humans carbon footprint. Maybe we are still coming out of a thawing period.

Elon seems to be doing some big things recently, and doing them quick. Was just read
Zuma, probably. Havn't heard of it but the guy has a few wives, and I have more education than him already

This...Zuma sounds like some piece of work!

Zuma spent something like $40M of government money to build his own house. It is crazy. At one point the health minister's nick name was Dr. Beetroot because she said that if you drink beetroot juice it prevents AIDs.

Not to be mean, but american complain and complain and complain about Obama, and now Trump, and how bad things are. If you want to see bad, go see some of the crap in Africa or other developing worlds. People should be vocal but man folks dont appreciate what they have.

I mean. I kinda expect that out of a developing country, but a global super power shouldn't have comparable scandals.
ing spaceX will be sending the first 2 private citizens on the first commercial trip around the moon soon.

hope its Kim and Kanye, and they get lost in space.

Hello; As far as or current time goes, take away the possible warming influence caused by people, it was suspected many decades ago that we were near the end of an inter-glacial period. There have been around seven ice sheet advances and retreats over the more recent geological time of hundreds of thousands of years.

The main drivers of climate and weather include the 23 1/2 degree tilt of the earths axis and what are believed to be cycles of the sun. There is also a theory as he earth spins on it's axis that there is a slight precession (wobble) in a long cycle.
Volcanic eruptions can dump greenhouse gases and fine particles into the atmosphere. These things can make atmospheric warming go either way. The greenhouse gases can add to warming while the fine particles can reflect sunlight.

In your opinion how much of the wamring is coming from humans ?

So.considering there may have been 7 advances/retreats are we at the end stages of a "retreat" ?

Hello; just WAG but I think no more than 10% human effect, likely less. Maybe think of something very large close or at a balance point and it only takes a nudge to tip it over. The thing may be massive but it can be tipped with a small force.

Yes at or approaching the end of a retreat at least using the time scale estimates of previous inter glacial periods. I am not confident of this number but for some reason seem to think past interglacial periods have been measured at 10 to 20 thousand years.

Well...another massive cold front will come thru here tonight. Suppose to be freezing ice and snow. This will end up being one of the coldest winters in 40 years(in this area).

It amazes me how some people like to run around outside this time of year wearing holey and ripped up jeans.

Yea, I see them wearing shorts while I have 3 shirts/jackets on.
Yeah, basketball shorts and hooded sweatshirts are pretty popular among some young folks around here...and it has barely been over twenty degrees.
