Hello; If it is indeed a real person sitting on the bike, the question is how long did the ice take to form?
Why anyone would be on a bike in such weather is a close second question.
Hello; back in the day I knew a couple of guys who only had scooters or bikes so had to ride in winter. Too cold for me.
Hello; I feel lucky so far. No snow to speak of and only cold temps. Got up into the low 30's F here today for a while. That's maybe 6 to 8 hours above freezing in the last 10 + days. At least the lowest temp I have had so far is only about 3 degrees F a couple of nights. No frozen pipes and I have burned more wood so far than all last year.
Still so far not in the top ten worst winters for my area.
