Hello; So some people in a building pay up and others get to live for free?
So some have to get up and go to work while others get the same or similar stuff just because they have a need?
So how does the owner of the building meet the mortgage payments with not all the apartments bringing in income? Who pays the utilities? Who pays for a damaged roof? Oh Oh Oh, I get it those with jobs just pay much more for their apartment so someone else can get an apartment for free.
While I almost never have the chance to do so, I get that it is very easy to spend someone else's money.

The unicorn of socialism. If you run out other peoples money, just print more worthless fiat currency and run up the debt.

I wonder if Ocasio Cortez ever considered her ideas (if foolishly enacted) would destroy the rental housing market? I guess that is what electing a 28YO bartender with zero experience to head to Congress, gets.
