I've heard that things are really bad in the more remote areas near the border.People are damned near on their own out here and have to regularly fend for themselves against wandering illegals harboring bad intententions.

The border in TX is sketchy I know that. I had a job I had to do in El Paso.
Sounds like where I grew up. There were a group of guys that set my buddies car on fire. All of us brawled it out, we chased them off, and put the fires out. We were watching t.v. drinking bud light when the police showed up awhile later. We had complaints of a disturbance do you know anything about that?...nah haven't heard a thing

As far a schooling goes, I'm a bit old to be attending, and not planning on ever having kids.

Cartels are bad to. My partner I was with wanted to go exploring places at night. I told him if he was wise he would eat a tv dinner and stay inside. I barricaded my door with equipment and slept with extra cushion under my pillow
Ugh the a.i cars keep running into things, they get confused by things like water/ponds and blinded by the sun (there's a lot of sun here), but all the Californian drivers are some of the worst!
Oh man I would take my chances with ai over Cali drivers (at least the ones on the bay area). I haven't been to socal
There are some areas where if you go out at night you'll be followed by mobsters who want to rob/rape/steal adrenal gland/ who knows? You.
Most are pretty wimpy if you start chasing or threatening them tho.
