Judging by the positions of the cars, they skidded on the frozen road. Nobody parks like that.

But the sun is hot in that pic. Temps went from freezing hail to 80+F by the afternoon.
It's melted off the cars and tin roofs.

Yeah I saw that . . . the guy tried to hitchhike in the wheel well of an airliner. When it got up to 30,000 ft he froze to death, and when the wheel well is open he dropped out of the sky.
