....aren't they the same nitwits that had an issue with cow farts?
Hello; I do not know for sure but consider them all at about the same level of development. I get this sort of thing if you move in to one of those housing developments with all the restrictive rules known up front. But this is a county government.

Oh well, the Texas police have identified the girl who licked the ice cream. Apparently she is a juvenile but her partner in the crime is an adult. The stupid move has already spawned copy cats so there goes any trust in ice cream.
At the least the girls parents ought to get the bill from the ice cream company for their loss. I bet they had to pull the stock from that Wal-mart. At the very least she should be banned from all Wal-marts for life.
I bet all ice cream companies will now have to secure the lids on the containers.

Now consumers will have to pay more for the container being fully sealed. That's all we need is more idiot copycats.

Hello; Another chance to poke fun at peta. Seems they object to the name Chicken Dinner road and want it changed. It is a road after all and not a "real" animal.
A long time ago I had a level of respect for their ideas in that I do not like the gross forms of animal cruelty. As with so many of these "I have the high moral ground" groups there does not seem to be any boundries nor limits to what they want to impose on others.

As a career teacher you certainly understand what's going on here buddy.

These are people reaching for attention that they do not merit, and are not getting elsewhere.

You can tell they are not getting it anywhere, because it's driving them insane; and their efforts display that clearly to the onlooker.

Kindergartners are quite active in this matter. My missus was nearly 30 years in the kindergarten. They tried to kick her upstairs to first and second grade for a few years but she wasn't happy.

I can't remember the last time I bought ice cream here if it didn't have shrink wrap seal on the lid or some plastic removable device to lock the lid.

When you buy Haagen-Dazs it has a seal under the lid.

What brand of ice cream are they selling that doesn't have a seal?

The Ice Cream that is just sealed under the lid will probably be forced to shrink wrapped as well for some consumers trust.

Quite a few of them have no seal on them. I like Eddys best and I know that doesn't have any sort of seal on it. I hope the stupid girl does get some sort of real sentence for doing that. Too many people these days have zero common sense and need to be shown they can't just do what they want and get away with it.

Hello; I normally buy Kroger brand ice cream or other brands that may be on sale. Few have any sort of seal. The Kroger store brands do not. The deal will be that out of a million containers of ice cream only a few will be licked and put back. However how to know which is contaminated. This little stunt will wind up costing big dollars.
I always look at the surface of a tub of ice cream and likely could tell if it was licked. I think the next tub I get I will lick it to see if some visual evidence shows up.
I also bet the girl will say something like "it was only a prank" or "I did not mean any harm". Of course being a juvenile we will never know. A few years ago a couple of teens set a fire in the Smokey Mountains National Park during a bad dry spell. Their fire moved around nine miles into Gatlinburg TN. Burned many building and homes. Killed a lot of animals and a number of humans burned to death. (Burning happens to be my personal big fear of a way to die. )
Anyway the state authorities apparently are not going to do much and last I heard had left the punishment of the two teens up to the federal authorities. It has been a few years now and no word that I know of.

This child has an adult boyfriend who was the one that filmed the ice cream licking incidents.

He is up on charges.
