Hello; Too much glass. My brother has a Corvette and for a number of years only had a glass top. It was tinted but still too hot and too much light during the day. He got a fiberglass top which I like much better.

This is why the bubble-top car never caught on. Looks like a rocket ship. Drives like a toaster oven.

Heard she could get up to 20 years...wow!
I'm all for it.They should handcuff her to a table and keep feeding her ice cream until it oozes out from her nostrils!

Hello; Perhaps one of you can come up with a name for these events that defy common sense. They are becoming all too common. This one about Starbucks is just one of the more recent. So a customer fees uncomfortable with the police in the Starbucks.
The story says felt unsafe which does not make sense since the police are who we call when some incident affecting our safety comes about.
My question is why not just tell the customer where the door is located if having police around is a bother? Seems to me if I ran a business having police about might be a positive thing. I get that this may not be a general Starbucks policy and may only be this one place and even this one barista.
Karma may come around with the police not drinking their coffee there and the place gets robbed. That would be a neat ad campaign - We do not want police in our store so come shop here.
I may be too far into the hills of Appalachia but I see police and ordinary people in stores around here while strapped fairly often. I hope not too many big city folks move into my area bringing their bonehead ideas with them. I do not like to see the police when I am speeding but I tend to support them in general. I do know a few jerks who happen to be police but most are OK. Reminds me time to turn on my blue light on the front porch.

I have a feeling that that is not Starbucks policy and the employee was only too happy to confront those officers.....in which case somebody should be getting fired.
