I've been hearing a school bus size chunk will still impact earth.

That's what I was kinda getting at. Whether it hits someone or something or not, being responsible for your space junk will become a topic.

Oh yeah? How so?....the guy in the link basically said that the junk could land anywhere in the country..... from Texas to New York lol.I would think the brains out there would be able to nail the time better.
