NY apartment owners should let the homeless live free of charge in their vacant apartments.

Hello; So some people in a building pay up and others get to live for free?
So some have to get up and go to work while others get the same or similar stuff just because they have a need?
So how does the owner of the building meet the mortgage payments with not all the apartments bringing in income? Who pays the utilities? Who pays for a damaged roof? Oh Oh Oh, I get it those with jobs just pay much more for their apartment so someone else can get an apartment for free.
While I almost never have the chance to do so, I get that it is very easy to spend someone else's money.

Hello; Yes, yes I can. Now that I think about it I am Ferrari-less. Perhaps someone with two or three Ferraris should have to give me one that they are not driving. After all the seat is empty.

note - I do get that being homeless is no where near the same thing as not having a fancy sports car. I hope the point I am trying for is clear enough.
