This is my little guy. Bout 3.5" just put him in my 125 last night from the grow out tank. He survived the night. Even after being chased by my female flowerhorn. We'll see. I bought him as one of those "Red texas". He seems to actually be showing more texas traits than kamfa. Let me know what you think.

Nice and pearly! Does seem to have some texas in him to me as well, but not an actual "red texas" lol

Mine is mixed w/ some vieja genes and he is a mean lil kamfa!

Mine I got from petsmart over a year and a half ago.



I got him when he was about 3".
He's now a solid 8" and beautiful!

This is the fish I got from Petsmart as a "Red Texas." He's normally a lot pinker around the cheek area but due to just moving him into a tank with white sand, he's turned more of a lighter color. I've had him since he was only 1 inch. And within 6 months, he's already at 6 inches. I've been told it's a King Kamfa but others have told me it's a Kamfa. Opinions anyone?

Got this one a few months ago labeled as RT. Starting to color up recently. I've read that fh with red eyes are not Kamfa. Any opinion on this one?

looks red dragon female also but not sure if thts a flower on dorsal fin
