they will lay every 2 to 3 weeks, if eggs not fertile. if they are snow white they are not fertile and they will eat them. you have to catch them in the act to be sure who is who.
I'm hoping there not 2 females we'll just have to wait and see the one is bigger then the other idk if that matters in sexing them or not, I'm not new to oscars but I am new to them breeding, the one I think is a female looks beat up a bit and won't eat food and won't leave the eggs but the one I think is the male eats so idk if that has anything to do with sex
Can you post pics?Well there still at it with the mating dance now there pushing the gravel around and I noticed the smaller of the 2 has a spike protruding from the bottom area by its anus and from what I read that means he's a he so to speak so they laid eggs before so I definetly don't have 2 males and I don't think I have 2 females either from what I'm seeing
